The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted virtually all businesses, but the effect has not been uniformed exactly. While the current disruption may present challenges to the blockchain industry in the short term, it will also unlock new opportunities in the mid and longer-term. Hanoi, November 22, 2019, the preliminary round of the national talent innovation and entrepreneurship contest 2019 – Agricultural Technology Village was successfully organized. The competition has the participation of 12 startups and 3 judges in the field of agriculture and finance.

Ho Chi Minh City, November 7, 2019 – Vietnam Blockchain Corporation (VBC) VBC introduced the application of blockchain technology in finance called Trustless Credentials in the Demo Day, on Fintech Challenge Vietnam (FCV) 2019 with the theme “Supporting digital transformation of credit institutions towards improving access to banking – financial services in Vietnam”. The competition was organized by the State Bank with the support of the Mekong Business Initiative MBI and funding from the Australian Government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

The seminar is within the framework of the fourth exhibition of telecommunications products and services Information Technology & Communications ICTCOMM 2019.  ICTCOMM 2019 is organized by the Vietnam Internet Association under the guidance of Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Science and Technology, and Ministry of Industry and Trade from June 6th through June 8th, 2019, in Ho Chi Minh City.
